I’ve had this blog for what… five days? You guys are amazing. I wish you all the best of luck. Your support is honestly incredible and I’m so glad I decided to make this blog. You guys have been keeping me motivated and I’ll have you to thank when I start to see results <3

I had a shitty day and my head hurts like crazy. I’m exhausted. I had this extreme urge to binge when I came home but I only had a light yogurt which is good. But I have no desire to workout, whatsoever. Someone help motivate me!

I highly recommend the first song. It’s musical score from the movie Transformers and it always makes me feel really empowered and epic.
